What do we mean by gluten-reduced?
We use a special brewing technique to remove nearly all gluten from our beers. All TrustedGut beers are tested at a laboratory, and all fall under 20ppm gluten, which is considered gluten-free by international standards. But because we start with traditional ingredients like wheat, barley or rye, we cannot call it “gluten-free.” Instead the FDA requires us to call it “gluten-reduced.” To be clear: we do not and will never compromise on taste. Our gluten-reduction process maintains 100% of the flavor profile. Without exception. So our gluten-reduced beers, along with our gluten-free seltzers and kombuchas, are always delicious while being just...better.
